That NTR biopic will release in two parts is a known news. While Kathanayakudu will focus on NTR’s rise as an iconic and most celebrated actor in Telugu film industry, Mahanayakudu will glorify his inspiring political journey in the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh. Director Krish has announced that the first part will hit the screens for Sankranthi and the second part will release on Jan 24th.
The latest update reveals that there is a change in Krish’s release plans. Reportedly, the second part ( NTR Mahanayakudu) will release in February. It is heard that Krish and Balakrishna felt that there need to be some gap between the release dates of two parts and they also wanted to give considerable time for promotions of second part after the release of first part. So, they have decided to push the release date of second part from January to February.
Makers plan to release first part on Tuesday to take advantage of promotions in USA, there are chances that the second part might also release on Tuesday in February. While Balakrishna is essaying the lead role, Bollywood actress Vidya Balan is playing Basavataram’s role in this prestigious project. Vidya Balan has given 24 days call sheets for this film.
