Pawan Kalyan at Harvard – Same old Script

Actor and social activist Pawan Kalyan got a rousing welcome from the Telugu speaking people of the US during his visit on the eve of India Conference 2017. Pawan Kalyan, who is one of the chief guests along with few other renowned personalities from various fields in India, addressed the India crowd at the Harvard university earlier today.

Pawan’s speech at the conference is marked with the same script which he had said umpteen times in various public meetings and media interactions in Telugu states before. He once again reminiscenced his childhood days and revealed how he grew up. Pawan said he was a poor student in school and revealed that he wanted to commit suicide after failing in 7th and 10th standards.

In his speech, Pawan Kalyan once again said he never desired to become an actor, but wanted to lead an austere life by staying away from the materialistic life. He then said ‘Maa Annaya Mee Andariki telusu’ but didn’t take Chiranjeevi’s name.

Irrelevant to the crowd, Pawan spoke about the Andhra-Telangana bifurcation. This is completely out of the context and no way related to the occasion and the crowd present there.

However, few lines in Pawan’s speech like ‘Indian law is applied weakly to the strong and strongly to the weak’ generated a huge response from the audience.

All in All, Pawan failed to deliver a coherent speech at the conference. It looks like he was overwhelmed with the occasion and wasn’t able to speak in a comprehensive way. He came up with same old script. While all other speakers at the conference articulated their views well, Pawan’s speech paled in comparison to them.
