Macho actor Prabhas achieved pan Indian fame after the gigantic success of India’s biggest period drama, Baahubali: The Beginning. The film has bagged accolades in various international film festivals and also won the national award in ‘Best Movie’ category for the year 2015. What is the most surprising fact is that Prabhas, who played the titular role in this magnum opus, hasn’t got due credit for his performance.
In most of the recent film events, Prabhas was thoroughly ignored and his career best performance went unrecognized. The director and the technicians of Baahubali were awarded in some of the events, but Prabhas has been snubbed to favour some actors who regularly attend these events. Prabhas usually doesn’t show much interest in awards and he rarely turns up to the events. This is said to be the main reason behind Prabhas not being awarded during such occasions. The organizers plan in such a way that the awards are given to those stars who attend the functions regularly and woo the audience.
A close source in the industry revealed that the names of the winners get changed in the last minute. The source added that it is the PR team of the concern actor who influence the organizers to decide the winners list. So, it is time for Prabhas to manage a much more efficient PR team which will help him to bag some awards. Well, that is how most of the star actors are doing.
