With the nationwide popularity he earned after Baahubali, Tollywood actor Prabhas would easily draw media attention on whatever issue he reacts on. The macho star, who is known for his reticent attitude during public appearances, was asked to react on the ‘Padmavati’ controversy which is now the hot topic all over the country.
Going into the news, Prabhas was forced by media to speak out his opinion on the controversies that have engulfed Bollywood period drama Padmavati, which stars Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh. However, Prabhas has smartly refused to react on the issue.
Sources say that Prabhas was advised by his well wishers not to speak about sensitive matters which might land him in troubled waters. As taking either side of the issue might damage Prabhas’ image and popularity, he decided to stay neutral and dodged the issue smartly. Also, it is learnt that Prabhas’ uncle and actor Krishnam Raju cautioned him not to express his personal opinion on such issues.
On the work front, Prabhas is busy shooting for his upcoming multilingual actioner Saaho.
