Hard-hitting political thriller Prasthanam, which received critical acclaim from Telugu audience, is now remade in Hindi by director Deva Katta, who helmed the original version. Sanjay Dutt and Ali Fazal are playing the lead roles in this intense drama.
The regular shooting kicked off today morning. The film marks the return of Sanjay Dutt as producer and also Manisha Koirala is paired with him after a gap of ten years. The story for Hindi version has been slightly tweaked to suit the sensibilities of audience there.
Amyra Dastur is playing the female lead in this film. The shooting will take place in and around Lucknow.
