Superstar Rajinikanth has been busy shooting for his next film titled Petta in the direction of Karthik Subbaraj. The entire shoot of this action thriller has been wrapped up today. The biggest surprise is that the film has been wrapped up 15 days ahead of the planned schedule. Rajinikanth himself revealed the news and wished everyone a happy Vijayadashami.
Vijay Sethupathi, Simran, Trisha, Sasikumar, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Bobby Simha played other pivotal roles. There are talks that Rajinikanth essays the role with dual shades in Petta. Bankrolled by Sun Pictures, Petta will release during Sankranthi next year.
