Awaiting the release of Premam and Sahasame Swaasagaa Saagipo, Akkineni Naga Chaitanya has green signalled a new project under his home banner Annapurna Studios banner. Soggade Chinni Nayana fame Kalyan Krishna will helm this film which is tipped to be a squeaky clean romantic and family entertainer with humour aplenty. The regular shooting will commence once Chaitu wraps up the post production activities of his upcoming films.
The latest update reveals that Kalyan Krishna has zeroed in on Rakul Preet Singh as the film’s leading lady and has roped in Devi Sri Prasad to compose the soundtrack for the film. This will be first time Rakul Preet is going to share screen space with Naga Chaitanya. Initially, Samantha was in talks for the female lead’s role but it is Rakul Preet who has finally made the cut.
Reportedly, the film will be on the lines of Nagarjuna’s classic Ninne Pelladatha
