As reshoot trend picks up, Sampo too calls the shots

‘Re-shoot’ has become a trend in big-budget movies when directors and star heroes don’t like the scenes or shots in their current projects.

Some heroes don’t give a thought in hesitating to call for a reshoot in order to give some perfection to the enacted scene or shot. Although it is very much prevalent among star heroes in Tollywood, burning star Sampoornesh Babu too calling it ‘reshot’.

The techie-turned-actor Sampoornesh Babu, commonly known as Sampo, has carved a niche for himself in the Telugu cinema industry within short span of time. He earned much appreciation from the big stars like Mahesh Babu, director Puri Jaganath and Rajamouli. From the likes of bi shots in the industry, the comedian earned good number of fans supporters from across the globe.

After setting screen on fire with his debut movie – Hrudaya Kaleyam, his humour and hilarious body language had left the audience in splits each and every time he appeared on the big screen.

Giving a new definition to Telugu comedy, movies of Sampo earned decent profits at the box office. ‘Kobbari Matta’, which has completed its shooting, is waiting for the release. This movie has received overwhelming response when Sampo delivered a dialogue similar to 1995 movie – Mohan Babu starrer ‘Pedarayudu’.

However, there is no response yet from the makers on its release. Now the movie Kobbari Matta is learnt to have called for reshoot.

After securing much craze from people on Sampo’s dialogue, a businessman from the city has come forward to purchase whole theatre for the movie on the first day. It is learnt that director Maruthi is taking relook on some scenes in the movie which have been already shot. Now big heroes too might giving a though on reshooting their current projects watching Sampo.
