Rumors on Rahul marrying young MLA, she denies

Suddenly, in last couple of days, photographs showing Rahul with Aditi Singh, Congress MLA from Rai Barrelley, and their families began circulating on social media. Photographs had captions like – “Finally Rahul found his match”. Just before Karnataka elections, these photos created confusion among congress cadres and sensations among political circles.

However, 29 year old MLA denies the rumors. She said, Rahul is like her brother. She gave a statement in this regard. “I am really saddened by such baseless rumours being spread. Rahulji is like an elder brother to me. I ritualistically tie rakhi on his wrist. Those behind the link-up are absolutely wrong and aim to malign my image as also that of Rahul Gandhiji. Talk of my marriage with Rahul Gandhi is a propaganda in the wake of the Karnataka elections. The intention appears to be to distract the Congress leadership and workers toiling in Karnataka. It is anyone’s guess who could be behind it” the Congress MLA gave statement.

Aditi done her masters from Duke university of USA. She won as MLA with huge majority and very close to Priyanka Gandhi.
