Rangasthalam , Naa Peru Surya and Bharat Ane Nenu are the three biggies which are scheduled to release for summer 2018. Producers have opened the business of these films with some areas sold already. A total of over 260cr is riding on these films worldwide with atleast 225cr from domestic markets.
1. Bharat Ane Nenu : The film is getting sold for record rates for the hero, an estimated 105 cr Worldwide exceeding SPYder which had a pre release business of close to 100 cr for Telugu Version. It had incurred losses of over 50 percent but that isn’t showing much affect on this film as the combination had delivered a Blockbuster in their first outing(https://www.telugu360.com/tag/srimanthudu). This is second highest pre business for a Tollywood film(Only Telugu Version) excluding Baahubali’s as it fall behind Agnyaathavaasi which was sold for 122.5Cr(https://www.telugu360.com/agnyaathavaasi-pre-release-business-second-highest-tollywood-film/) . The film is scheduled to release on 20th April 2018.
2. Rangasthalam : The film is estimated to fetch 80cr from theatricals worldwide which is highest for Ram Charan. No film of his has collected 75 cr till date with highest being Magadheera(https://www.telugu360.com/tag/magadheera/) close to 74 cr. The film is hitting the theatres on 30th March 2018.
3. Naa Peru Surya : With back to back 70cr films Allu Arjun seems to be the safe bet for buyers now. Even with a debut director, the film is expected to bring in 80Cr in the form of theatrical business for the producer. The film has averted the clash with Bharat Ane Nenu and is now releasing on 4th May 2018.
