The first look poster of Suriya’s Soorarai Pottru that was released on Sunday generated enough curiosity. The film is based on the life story of Captain GR Gopinadh, the founder of Air Deccan. Bollywood actor Paresh Rawal is essaying a crucial role in this drama that is directed by Sudha Kongara. Suriya’s muscular look cheered up his fans and Soorarai Pottru is carrying decent expectations.
Going with the reports, the film will soon be made in Hindi. Bollywood actor John Abraham watched a couple of action scenes from the film and he is said to have given his nod already for the remake. The actor lauded Suriya, Sudha Kongara for their work. It is heard that a meeting is planned between John Abraham and Sudha Kongara soon. The duo will discuss about the possibilities of making Soorarai Pottru in Hindi.
Bollywood filmmaker Guneet Monga along with Suriya bankrolled Soorarai Pottru which is made on a massive budget. Mohan Babu will be seen in a crucial role and GV Prakash Kumar is the music composer. The film is slated for summer 2020 release. Suriya who has been running low in his career is pretty confident about making his comeback with Soorarai Pottru.
