F2 is continuing it’s excellent run even in the fifth week as the film has now gone past 79 Cr share worldwide. The film is still raking shares which is an extraordinary feat given the huge business it has done in the first two weeks. It is also getting benefited by no major releases in the market which can be watched by the family audience. The film is now up on Amazon Prime which will hinder it’s run. US box office : F2 – Fun and Frustration enters profit zone

Anil Ravipudi’s family entertainer F 2 – Fun and Frustration emerged as box office winner this Sankranthi. Starring Venkatesh and Varun Tej in the lead roles, the Dil Raju production received better reviews and strong word of mouth than other releases during Sankranthi and set the cash registers ringing.

In overseas, F2 turned out to be a clean hit by the end of its first week. On this Friday, the film collected close to $ 70K at the US box office and the took the total past $ 1.25 M. The film is now officially into profit zone as it surpassed the break even mark. While other releases have failed to make an impact, F2 managed to draw the attention of overseas audience because of full-on entertainment. After a strong first weekend, the film performed decently on weekdays to earn hit tag by trade circles.

After a string of flops, producer Dil Raju finally tasted big success with F2.

Mega hero finalized for crazy multi-starrer ?

Multi-starrers are back in news. Director Anil Ravipudi, who completed a hat trick of hits with Raja The Great, will once again team up ace producer Dil Raju for an interesting multi-starrer. Reportedly, F2 ( Fun and Frustration) has been registered as the title and the film is going to be a full length entertainer with an interesting mix of two contrasting characters.

Star hero Victory Venkatesh has already been finalized as one of the leads in this film. According to the latest reports, young Mega actor Sai Dharam Tej is likely to be roped in for the other lead’s role. It is heard that Anil met Sai recently and narrated the script. The ‘Supreme’ star is likely to sign the dotted line very soon. We have to wait for an official confirmation on this news.

As both Venky and Sai are occupied with their upcoming films, the Anil Ravipudi multi-starrer is likely to go on floors from mid next year. More details about the project will be out very soon.
