MCA had another good extended weekend and emerged as a Hit which is a Hat-trick for Nani as all his released films – Nenu Local (Super Hit), Ninnu Kori & MCA are Hits. The film also surpassed 35 cr mark worldwide thus marking 2nd film for the hero to cross that mark after Eega. MCA joins $ 1M club, Nani achieves a rare feat in Overseas

Cementing his ‘Bankable Actor’ tag, Natural star Nani has yet again proved that he is a crowd puller in overseas on par with the current generation top league actors. Nani’s latest outing MCA, which released to mixed reports on Dec 21st, has surprisingly had a phenomenal run at the US box office.

As per the latest trade reports, MCA surpassed the $ 1 Million mark in overseas by the end of Saturday. The film, which took a solid opening with $ 300K haul from Wednesday premiers, performed consistently despite other releases and touched the prestigious mark making Nani the only actor in South to have three million dollar films in overseas in a single year.

This can be termed as a rare feat considering that no star hero of the current era, who have the market potential to touch the mark, can manage to have three releases in a single year.

Nani now has five million dollar films in overseas. His previous hits include Eega, Bhale Bhale Magadivoi, Nenu Local and Ninnu Kori.

MCA has collected a worldwide distributor share of over 29.65 Cr which is excellent and highest ever for the hero beating Eega. In comparison with the hero’s other releases this year’s Nenu Local, Ninnu Kori had collected 22.42 cr & 21.86 cr respectively. The film will be surpassing 30cr mark today and that makes third film for the hero to do so after Eega & Nenu Local. Chances are bright for it to go over 35cr mark by the end of it’s run.

Varun Dhawan to remake Nani’s romantic entertainer

Of late, Bollywood actors are eyeing to remake hit Tollywood films. Recently, NTR’s Temper has been confirmed to be made in Hindi very soon. Yesterday, there were reports that Bollywood star hero Ranveer Singh is interested to act in the Hindi version of Arjun Reddy. Now, reports suggest that yet another Hindi actor is in talks to remake a recent hit Telugu film.

According to the news from reliable sources, Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan has been approached to reprise Nani’s role in the Hindi version of Ninnu Kori. Reportedly, popular Hindi filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali has watched Ninnu Kori and was impressed very much that he is planning to remake the film in Hindi in collaboration with Kona Film Corporation and DVV Entertainment. More details about the Hindi remake will be revealed soon.

Ninnu Kori is a coming of age love story which struck the right chord with younger audience. The film has Nivedha Thomas and Adhi Pinisetty in important roles.

Fidaa has collected an estimated worldwide share of 32.25 Cr by the end of yesterday ie, for 12 days. The film will be surpassing Nani’s Nenu Local today which had collected a distributor share of 32.65 Cr and Shatamanam Bhavati tomorrow which is at 33.60 Cr. Thus the film will emerge as the 6th highest grosser of 2017 behind Baahubali 2 , Khaidi No.150 , Duvvada Jagannadham, Katamarayudu and Gautamiputra Satakarni. All those three films are produced by Dil Raju.

Young actor and Natural Star Nani has been trending all over as he scored three massive hits already this year. He is now back with his next upcoming movie titled Nenu Local. Trinadha Rao Nakkina is the director of the movie which is in final stages of shoot. Keerthy Suresh is the female lead in this romantic comedy entertainer. The makers unveiled the first look of Nenu Local today on the eve of Diwali. Nani nailed it in style in ravishing new look. The rough cut of Nani has been projected in style and is sure impressive. The film comes with a tagline ‘Attitude is Everythuing’. Devi Sri Prasad for the first time is composing the music for Nenu Local and Dil Raju’s Sri Venkateswara Creations is producing Nenu Local. The movie is all set to hit the screens on December 23rd.
