Bruce Lee aiming for a massive release in Overseas

Bruce Lee, one of the most anticipated films this season, is gearing up for a grand release worldwide on October 16th. The shooting is almost completed and the post production work is also on the brink of completion. Expectations are quite high and the makers are planning to release it in huge number of screens. The film will simultaneously release in Tamil as well.

With the fresh reports, the film is slated to release in more than 350 screens in Overseas. In North America alone, Bruce Lee will release across 220 screens. Marquee distributor Great Indian films acquired the Overseas rights for a hefty price.

Sreenu Vaitla is the director for the film and DVV Danayya is producing it. Rakul Preet Singh is playing Charan’s romantic interest in the film. The audio, composed by SS Thaman, became an instant hit and increased the hype on the film.

Mega Powerstar Ram Charan’s most awaited flick, Bruce Lee -The Fighter is chasing its deadline of October 16. The film’s shooting was wrapped on Monday midnight in Ramoji Film City. The last song of film canned for last few days on Rakul Preet and Ram Charan. The news was confirmed by film female lead on her official twitter handle. Rakul Preet tweeted,

The post production works are going on in full swing to meet the deadline and Ram Charan has already completed his dubbing for first half. Directed by Srinu Vaitla, Bruce Lee features Rakul Preet Singh and Kriti Kharbanda as the female leads. Megastar Chiranjeevi is making cameo appearance of five minutes in the film which produced by DVV Danayya. SS Thaman has composed the tunes.

Megastar starts shooting for Bruce Lee

Megastar Chiranjeevi will start shooting for his cameo role in Ram Charan‘s Bruce Lee The Fighter from the 28th for three days. Megastar’s involvement with this project has already created a lot of buzz and talks are that his role in the movie is going to be a pivotal one.

Megastar starts shooting on the 28th of September, which incidentally is also the release date of Ram Charan’s debut film Chirutha in 2007. It will surely be a treat for Mega fans to see dad and son share the screen-space. As we already know Bruce Lee The Fighter is high on its style quotient with the lead pair Ram Charan and Rakul Preet looking spectacular in the Teaser and Song Visuals that we’ve seen so far. A close source to the unit informed that the makers have booked a slot on October 12th to send the film to the censor screening. The shooting schedules of Ram Charan‘s Bruce Lee The Fighter are packed back-to-back with the Megapower star himself shooting straight for 60 days! Although the project is on a tight dead-line, the crew is committed to film releasing on the 16th of October. Looks like Ram Charan is being a true fighter by working relentlessly and more recently, the star has been shooting for 17 hours straight for the “Mega Meter” song which is being shot on location at Ramoji Film City.

Director Sreenu Vaitla, too, has equally put in lots of hard-work on the project as well. Word is that the lead actress, Rakul Preet had injured her back while rehearsing but still managed to pull of three consecutive days of shoot – That too of a peppy mass number! Looks like Ram Charan’s enthusiasm has proved to be great example for the rest of the crew to put in their best efforts.
