AP today: bureaucrats in courts, teachers liquor shops, etc?

1

TDP former MLA Yerapatineni Srinivasa Rao has accused the Jaganmohan Reddy government of paralysing and incapacitating Andhra Pradesh in all aspects by implementing anti-people and backward policies in the last one year. Jagan’s rule mirrored how an administration would look like if a person with a criminal record and nature comes to power to rule the people. The TDP leader deplored that under Jagan rule, doctors in the state were going to jail while IAS and IPS officers were standing in front of the courts. The teachers, who should mould the future of young generations, were doing duties at the liquor shops while farmers were carrying out protests over loss of crops. Construction workers, coolies, artisans, weavers, tailors and others were sleeping with empty stomachs for lack of food.

Mr. Srinivasa Rao said the ruling party leaders were making personal and baseless comments against the TDP only to divert the attention of the people from the serious blows given by the courts to the AP Government. YCP MLA Ambati Rambabu was talking about the age of Chandrababu Naidu. Can Rambabu climb the steps of Tirupati temple along with Chandrababu Naidu. The censures in the courts were clear evidence of inefficiencies and failures of the YCP. Mr. Srinivasa Rao hit back at the comments of YCP leaders, saying that Lokesh has no experience like Jagan Reddy to form suitcase companies in order to loot the public money and amass illegal wealth. He strongly warned that if Jagan Reddy goes to jail like Sasikala of Tamil Nadu, then the so-called YCP powerful leaders would become orphans overnight.

The former MLA criticised the YCP, saying that all those leaders surrounding Jagan Reddy now were only opportunists. Dharmana Prasada Rao, Botsa Satyanarayana and others once severely criticised CM Jagan. If YCP speaks needless things about Chandrababu and Lokesh, the TDP would tear the ruling party leaders apart in future.

Scamandhra Pradesh: Lime powder supplied as bleaching powder?

1

Telugu Desam Party former MLA Yarapathineni Srinivasa Rao has accused the YSR Congress Party leaders in Gurazala assembly constituency of having masterminded the multi-crore and inter-state spurious bleaching powder scam with Piduguralla as their centre of operations.

He welcomed Guntur District Collector for ordering an enquiry into the reports that the scamsters supplied lime powder in place of bleaching powder to East Godavari, Nellore and Krishna districts and also to neighbouring Telangana state. Some colours were mixed with lime powder to make it look like bleaching powder. The Central Bureau of Investigation should probe the scam since it has spread over two states and considering reports of involvement of the ruling party leaders in AP. At a time when the whole country was making sacrifices to save lives from Coronavirus epidemic, the gangsters pushed people’s lives into risk by undermining virus preventive measures in towns and villages. “This is a breach of trust. Cases of treason should be filed against the guilty persons for betraying the country in such a crucial time.”

Mr. Srinivasa Rao also demanded that the officials probe into how a limestone factory in Piduguralla was burnt down just a few days after enquiry was launched into bleaching powder scam. It came to surface only after local officials in East Godavari complained to District Collector there about spurious bleaching powder. East Godavari Collector in turn informed the same to Guntur Collector who then initiated an inquiry. It is an offence against the country’s struggle against Coronavirus and the CBI should probe it. The ruling party leaders were making a mockery of India’s virus preventive measures in every way possible.

The TDP leader said that the YSRCP Government has turned ‘Build AP’ into ‘Sale AP’ drive in order to grab prime Government lands and public properties in District Headquarters towns and municipal corporations. People would revolt if the the ruling party continues to plunder the state in a unprecedented manner.

Yerapathineni mining case handed over to CBI

0

The Jaganmohan Reddy government has finally handed over the illegal limestone mining case of TDP Ex MLA Yerapathineni Srinivasa Rao to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Till now, the CID has been investigating into this mining and transportation scam. Yerapathineni was facing charges of carrying out illegal mining in Konanki village in Piduguralla mandal and also in Kesanapalli and Nadikudi villages in Dachepalli mandal in Guntur district during TDP Rule.

YCP leaders have targetted Yerapathineni and TDP badly on the alleged mining scam case at the time of last election campaign. This is the first case to be given to the CBI after YCP came to power and gave back its General Consent to the CBI to probe cases in the state. Chandrababu Naidu Regime cancelled this General Consent prior to election following frequent raids by the CBI on TDP top leaders who included former minister P. Narayana, Sujana Chowdary and CM Ramesh.

In the Palnadu region, Yerapathineni is the next leader after Kodela Sivaprasada Rao who were attacked badly by YCP.
