Milky beauty Tamannaaah Bhatia has some interesting projects lined up and the actress is currently promoting Baahubali: The Conclusion. Tamannaaah has been asked to play the lead role in the remake of Bollywood’s sensational hit Queen and the actress was quite excited after she has been asked to play a challenging role. Touted to be shot in Telugu and Tamil simultaneously, veteran actress Revathy stepped out to direct the film.
Another senior actress Suhasini Mani Ratnam joined the team to pen the screenplay along with the dialogues. Leading dailies and media lauded calling the film is an example for women empowerment. The shocking update is that the remake of Queen has been apparently shelved due to undisclosed reasons. The movie team remained unavailable to respond on this. This would be a huge blow to Tamannaah who pinned huge hopes on the remake.
