Top producers Allu Aravind, Madhu Mantena and Namit Malhotra announced a big budget prestigious project Ramayana, a mythological drama which will be made in three parts. Telugu360 already revealed that Bollywood Superstar Hrithik Roshan is on board to essay the lead role Rama in this historic drama. The makers are in the hunt for the leading lady of the movie.
Going with the update, Deepika Padukone is in talks to play Sita in the film. If things work out, this is the first time Hrithik and Deepika would be teaming up for a film. The makers felt that Deepika would be the perfect choice to portray Sita on screen. Nitesh Tiwari and Ravi Udyawar are the directors and the first installment of Ramayana will release in 2021.
