The Telangana Rashtra Samithi got a resounding victory in the MLC local body elections held for Warangal, Nalgonda and Rangareddy districts. TRS candidates defeated their nearest Congress rivals in all the three seats.
TRS candidate Patnam Mahender Reddy won over Congress Pratap Reddy with 244 votes majority in Rangareddy. In Warangal, TRS leader Pocharam Srinivasa Reddy won over Congress Venkatarami Reddy with 825 votes majority. TRS candidate Chinnapa Reddy won with a majority of 226 votes over Congress nominee Komatireddy Lakshmi in Nalgonda district.
The TRS party broke into celebrations and Working President KT Rama Rao complimented the party leaders and cadres in the districts for the victory.
