Superstar Rajinikanth wrapped up the shoot of 2.0 and Kaala which will release this year. While Kaala has been slated for June 7th release, 2.0 has been announced for Diwali release. Rajinikanth is busy making his political entry soon however he signed his next film in the direction of Karthik Subbaraj and the film is said to be a political thriller. The pre-production work of this untitled film kick-started recently.
The latest news we hear is that critically acclaimed Tamil actor Vijay Sethupathi will be seen essaying the lead antagonist in the film and the makers announced the news officially. Sun Pictures is uniting back with Rajinikanth after a blockbuster like Robo. The regular shoot will commence during the second half of this year and will be wrapped up in quick schedules.
