Actor Vishal has been even taking care of the production responsibilities of his movies. He is currently Secretary General of the prestigious Nadigar Sangam and he has been an active member of the Tamil Nadu Producers Council. His recent interview with Vikatan Magazine landed the actor in deep trouble. His controversial comments irked the Tamil Nadu Producer’s Council after which he has been asked an explanation on September 2nd.
The actor appeared before the council on November 12th however the executive committee found his answers unsatisfactory. Vishal’s membership with the Producer’s Council has been suspended. Vishal during his recent interview revealed that the Producer’s Council has not been taking any measures to curb piracy. Vishal even announced that he would back out a team of youngsters who will fight against piracy. This created a stir after which the committee members arranged a immediate meeting.
Vishal is currently busy promoting his next movie Okkadochaadu which will release on November 18th.
