Saaho is a mega budget action spectacle starring Prabhas, Shraddha Kapoor and Neil Nithin Mukesh in the lead roles. The Sujeeth directional is touted as one of the costliest Indian films ever with the budget pegged at close to 300 Crores. In the making for nearly two years, Saaho is carrying heavy expectations in trade circles as this is Prabhas’ immediate next film after Baahubali. The makers of this multilingual actioner have released two making videos in the name of chapters to generate strong buzz in audience.
The first chapter received a terrific response as it gave a glimpse of the much talked about Dubai schedule in stylish chase sequences were shot in Hollywood range. The second chapter, which was released this Sunday, is a bit underwhelming as it focused on revealing the guns and goons in a fight episode with a little presence of Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor.
As Saaho is gearing up for release in August this year, it is time for the makers unveil a teaser to set the expectations high and to showcase what the film is all about. Going by the visuals in the two making videos, it is clear that Saaho is going to be an international film on par with Hollywood standards. So, a perfectly cut teaser or trailer would definitely take the hype on this prestigious project to the next level. Though it is too early to release a teaser or trailer for a film which is slated for August release, it is absolutely necessary for such a big budget film on which heavy stakes are involved in trade perspective. Let’s hope, the makers of Saaho give a real glimpse of this spectacle very soon.
