Highlights of Naidu’s press conference :

* Hitech city was completed in 15 months when TDP was in power between 1994-2004.

* Shamshabad International Airport was planned in 5000 acres.

* Metro was planned during TDP regime

* Tanks like Durgam Cheruvu were cleaned and Hyderabad was made tourist hub and Health Tourism destination

*  Hyderabad of  30 lakh population grew into  a city of one crore population because of the creation of opportunities in Hyderabad. People from all corners started coming to Hyderabad.

* Hyderabad people have confidence in TDP.

* Hyderabad belongs to all

* TDP preserved communal Harmony in Hyderabad.

* It was wrong that I called quits . I am just half hour away from Hyderabad. I can land in Hyderabad at the snap of a finger. We preserved the communal harmony in Hyderabad.

* Hyderabad is my manasa putrika

* I urged the people to vote for the party which worked for development.

* Even though a few leaders left the party with selfish motives, it has not affected the party. Just because they left, it doesn’t mean that more will go.

* Their defection to other parties is an unethical act. People should vote for TDP with vengeance opposing this type unethical defections. The verdict should become as a lesson to all those who want to ditch the party which helped them grow in politics.

* Smart cities: I have a lot of experience in the matters of IT. Andhra Pradesh government had sent proposal for three cities Vizag, Kakinada and Tirupati. DPR were submitted and later a committee studied. Finally two cities qualified for the Smart Cities Project.

* Telangana : Only one city, Warangal, was recommended by Telangana, which missed the bus by one point or so. In the next round Warangal would qualify for the project.

* Hyderabad People are enjoying the fruits of development achieved by TDP regime. TDP works for the unity of Telugu people of two states.
