After joining YCP, former finance minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy began attacking the TDP like never before. It is understandable he wants to get YCP ticket to contest next assembly election. He earned wrath of TDP Nellore leaders by commenting that CM Chandrababu Naidu was known for backstabbing NTR. Immediately, TDP senior leader Kotamreddy Srinivasulu Reddy launched a full scale counter attack by recalling the ex minister’s comment on Jagan-Vijayamma issue.
When the Congress was in ruling, Ramanarayana Reddy was showing unusual loyalty to the party high command just to become CM at least for a month or a week. It was at the height of United AP agitation which made the then CM Kirankumar Reddy out favour with high command. In such times, Ramanarayana Reddy went to the extent of commenting on Vijayamma on the floor of Assembly how she could give birth to such a son who makes parents bend their heads in shame.
Not only that, Ramanarayana Reddy criticised Jagan beyond a point and even called him a financial terrorist. Srinivasulu Reddy asked the ex minister how he has forgotten all that just to convince Jagan and get MLA ticket. Srinivasulu Reddy said it was TDP which save Anam family when it was politically on ventilator support in the past but now Ramanarayana Reddy is talking all rubbish without the least principles.
