Continuing her tryst with woman centric films, gorgeous South Indian actress Anushka Shetty signed a new film titled Bhagmati. Contrary to the reports, the film is not a period drama, but it is a new age thriller. Pilla Zamindhar fame director Ashok is calling shots for this interesting film.
The latest we hear is that Anushka has commenced shooting for her role a few days ago. The first schedule is currently underway and few important scenes featuring Anushka are being shot at present. It is learnt that she will juggle between multiple projects and complete them simultaneously. She will soon join the sets of Baahubali 2 and she has also been confirmed to play the leading lady in Chiranjeevi’s Kathilantodu.
Bhagmati features an ensemble cast and UV Creations banner bankrolling it on a grand scale. The film is slated to hit the screens for Sankranthi next year.
