A Nampally court issued an arrest warrant against union minister of state for science and technology YS Chowdary also known as Sujana Chowdary, today. He is avoiding the court for three adjournments. The warrant issued in connection with a case related to the default of repayment of Rs 106 crore to the Mauritius Commercial Bank by Sujana Universal Industries Limited. The Mauritius Bank has filed a case against the directors of the company alleging that they had defaulted the repayment of loan and sought court intervention.
