Actors Ashutosh Rana, who is presently awaiting the release of Shashank Khaitan’s ‘Dhadak’, is the latest addition to the cast of ‘Geetanjali’ director Raaja Kiran’s ‘Vishwamitra’, which is headlined by Nanditha Raj. The first schedule of the film—which lasted for six days—was completed recently.

Tamil actor Prasanna, who is on board to play Nanditha’s friend, has already shot for some portions while Ashutosh Rana will be joining the sets in the second schedule which will commence in Hyderabad on July 12 and will go on till the month ends.

Speaking to telugu360.com, Raaja Kiran said, “Nanditha plays a software employee who is averse to men. Rana is playing her boss who is also the antagonist of the film. He’d also tickle the funny bones of audience with his comic timing. It’s a full-length part.”

The film, a women-centric mysterious thriller inspired by real incidents which happened in countries like US and Switzerland, will also see Vidyullekha Raman, Chammak Chandra and Getup Sreenu in supporting roles, noted Kiran who is producing it along with Madhavi Addanki. S Rajanikanth is the presenter.
