Nandamuri Balakrishna’s next big film Akhanda 2 is gearing up for release this year. The team had plans of releasing the film during Dasara but it was pushed. An official statement has been issued by the team and they said that the new release date will be out soon. The team is now ready with the teaser cut and the teaser will be out during Dasara. The new release date of December 5th too will be announced along with the teaser on October 2nd. The new film of Balakrishna directed by Gopichand Malineni too will be launched on the auspicious day of Dasara.

Akhanda 2 is a high voltage action drama that has a mythological touch. Balakrishna’s look and the teaser created enough buzz. The expectations are big and the makers have closed all the deals. This is the fourth combination of Balakrishna and Boyapati Sreenu after Simha, Legend and Akhanda. 14 Reels Plus are the producers and Thaman is working on the music. The final patchwork of the film is currently happening and the entire shoot concludes this month.
