Mani Ratnam’s love saga Cheliyaa is all set to hit the screens. The movie’s entire post-production work has been wrapped up and the Tamil version titled Kaatru Veliyidai completed all the censor formalities recently. Now the Telugu version of the movie has been awarded clean U certificate after wrapping up the censor formalities. The movie is all set for April 7th release in Tamil and Telugu languages.
Karthi and Aditi Rao Hydari played the lead roles in the movie which is said to be a romantic entertainer with the backdrop of Kashmir. AR Rahman’s music is now trending all over and Cheliya marks the 25th film of Mani Ratnam as director. Madras Talkies bankrolled the movie and Dil Raju is releasing the Telugu version of the film.
