AP Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy paid his last respects to late Vijayanirmala. He visited actor Krishna’s residence in Nanakramguda in Hyderabad today. He conveyed his condolences to the bereaved family members. He was accompanied by Nap Vijayasai Reddy and senior leader Ummareddy Venkateswarlu.
Many political leaders paid homage to the late actor. Among them were AP Congress President N Raghuveera Reddy, former union minister Bandaru Dattatreya, Allu Aravind and others.
A Guinness Book record holder, Vijayanirmala made outstanding contributions to the Telugu film industry. She had over four decades of experience in acting and direction.
