Galla Jayadev, TDP MP extended his helping hand for Kerala flood victims. He donated his one month salary towards Kerala CM relief fund. Galla. also owner of Amar Raja batteries, donated emergency phone charging machines to Kerala as there is no electricity power in many places and so people are not able to communicate their location to rescue forces or their relatives.
Meanwhile, IAS Officers Association of Andhra Pradesh also decided to contribute one day’s salary of its members to support the flood-ravaged victims of Kerala. Kerala is experiencing the worst floods in over a century, with Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan confirming on Saturday that the death toll has climbed to 357. He further informed that the state has suffered a loss of Rs 19,512 crores due to the floods.
