Actor Nandamuri Taraka Ratna received a setback in Hyderabad. The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation officials arrived at the spot and demolished a part of the Kabara Drive-Inn restaurant on Banjara Hills Road No 12. The staff of restaurant tried to stop the demolition and picked up an argument with the officials. Taraka Ratna rushed to the spot and enquired from the officials what was their objection.
It was revealed then that the local residents had complained to the officials saying the restaurant is being run in a residential locality against the rules. Moreover, some residents had complained that there liquor was also being used which was causing inconvenience to them.
Shocked at the sudden turn of events, Taraka Ratna asked his staff to move the furniture and material to another place. He held discussion with the officials and got some time to vacate the premises. The incident created a sensation in the locality as many residents arrived there on learning about the demolition.
