NTR’s Jai Lava Kusa is holding well at the overseas box office. After embarking on a strong start with NTR’s career highest premiers ( $ 589K), the emotional triplet saga has collected good revenues towards its first weekend in overseas. On Thursday, Jai Lava Kusa bagged $ 154 K taking the first day total past $ 700K mark.
Continuing its strong run, the Bobby directional has notched up $ 264K and $ 274K on Friday and Saturday respectively . The film now stands at the 21st spot in the list of top grossing Telugu films with a total of $ 1.28 M. Trade pundits predict that the film might touch the $ 1.5 M mark by Monday or Tuesday.
Despite uneven narration, NTR’s haunting performance in triple role has made a huge difference to the film’s outcome. Produced by Kalyan Ram, the film has Rashi Khanna and Nivedha Thomas as the heroines.
