Maverick beauty Kajal Agarwal is sure one of the top actresses in South Indian cinema. She worked hard and she has been entertaining the audience from the past decade in Telugu and Tamil film industries. Though she has been losing the grip and facing tough competition from the young actresses, Kajal has been managing to sign big budget films. Despite of back to back debacles like Sardaar Gabbar Singh and Brahmotsavam, the actress managed to keep herself busy.
She is a close friend of Ramcharan after which she has been contacted for the female lead’s role in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s comeback film titled Kathilantodu. As per the update, Kajal quoted a whopping amount of Rs 2.5 crores to romance Megastar on screen which left the makers in shock. The talks are on to convince Kajal and there are even rumours that the makers are in search for another actress. VV Vinayak is directing Kathilantodu and the shoot of the film is currently going on in Hyderabad.
Kathilantodu is the remake of Tamil blockbuster Kaththi and the makers made enough changes for the Telugu version. Ramcharan is producing the movie which will release during Sankranthi next year.
