Do you remember Shekhar Reddy? He was Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Trust Board member and was sacked by the Andhra Pradesh government after IT officials found huge amounts of unaccounted money during demonetization period. Income tax officials seized 114 crore cash of new currency notes and 100 kg gold from his house during demonetization. Now Pawan Kalyan made severe comments linking Shekhar Reddy and Lokesh.
Pawan strongly questioned, “Can’t Chandra Babu see the corruption made by his son and minister Nara Lokesh?”. He added, by seeing the corruption of Lokesh, NTR’s grand son, NTR’s soul will be depressed. Then he linked Lokesh’s corruption with Shekhar Reddy. He alleged, Chandra Babu had gone all the way to Delhi to save Lokesh from Shekhar Reddy’s case and this is the reason why Chandra Babu is scared of Prime Minister Modi. However, Pawan added, this is the information doing rounds in poltical circles and he is not sure of authenticity of this information.
By giving this statements Pawan attempted to raise doubts in the minds of people that Chandra Babu did not visit Delhi 29 times for the sake of the Andhra Pradesh state but only to save his son from cases. But it is to be noted, Pawan himself told in this meeting he is not sure of veracity of this information.
