SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR is under shoot and is slated for summer release next year. NTR and Ram Charan are the lead actors in this action drama and the film hits the screens in all the Indian languages. There is huge demand for the theatrical rights for all the territories and the makers are quoting Rs 75 crores for the overseas rights of RRR which is huge.
This includes the theatrical rights for all the languages outside India excluding China and Japan. RRR should perform exceptionally to recover the investments if the deal gets closed for the asking price. The next schedule of the film starts in Kolkata this month. DVV Danayya is the producer and MM Keeravani is the music director. The female leads are yet to be announced.
