When the audience are expecting an out and out mass entertainer, Boyapati has different plans and is designing his next film innovatively. Balakrishna will be seen essaying a lean and stylish never seen look in this film. Boyapati is said to have locked his look and Balakrishna is working to get the desired look.
Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt is already on board to play a crucial role in the film. As per the latest update, Kannada actress Rachita Ram is in talks to play the female lead. Boyapati who generally goes with star actresses is going with Rachita Ram as per the content instead of picking up a top heroine. The Vinaya Vidheya Rama director took his own time and came up another script and it needed Balakrishna to lose weight. It would take another two months for Balakrishna to transform into a new look.
Also, he promised to do a film for producer C. Kalyan after Paisa Vasool. So, he wanted to fulfill that commitment first before moving on to Boyapati’s film. KS Ravi Kumar recently narrated a strong commercial script and agreed to complete it in quick time. So, Balakrishna decided to go with Jai Simha director and put Boyapati Srinu’s film on hold.

After the resounding success of Rangasthalam, which launched Ram Charan into the elite 100 Crore club, trade circles are betting big on his next film which is being directed by Boyapati Srinu. Even before the film’s shoot is half done, the makers of this untitled film have closed a solid deal in Andhra and Nizam areas.
According to the latest trade updates, the AP/TG theatrical rights of this action entertainer have been bagged for 72 Crores by UV Creations, one of the leading production houses in Tollywood which is making inroads into distribution market.
This is a reasonable deal for producer DVV Danayya given that Boyapati Srinu is coming off from a debacle with his last film. It is purely Ram Charan’s stamina that has pulled off this striking deal for Dannaya.
The shooting formalities are progressing at a brisk pace and the film is slated for release in Sankranthi season.
Kiara Advani and Vivek Oberoi are playing prominent roles in the film.

The delay in completion of Sukumar’s Rangasthalam has deferred the shooting schedules of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s SyeRaa and Boyapati Srinu’s film with Ram Charan.
Rangasthalam cinematographer Ratnavelu is cranking the camera for SyeRaa. He was supposed to wrap up Rangasthalam and join SyeRaa in February. But, the delay in the production phase of Rangasthalam has left Chiru and his team in waiting mode for Ratnavelu who is busy giving finishing touches to Rangasthalam. The second schedule of SyeRaa was planned to commence in the last week of this month. But, it has now been postponed to mid March.
On the other side, Ram Charan’s film with Boyapati Srinu, which has already wrapped up its first schedule in January, was supposed to resume in this month. But, the makers have to postpone the schedule as Charan is yet to free himself from Rangasthalam. Boyapati is waiting for Charan’s arrival to kick start the next schedule.
Soon after completing the pending work, Ram Charan and Ratnavelu will join their respective projects.
