While everything seemed to be going as per plans for Nandamuri Balakrishna’s prestigious film Gauthamiputra Satakarni, the technical team suffered a huge setback with the sudden exit of ace composer Devi Sri Prasad. It is well known that DSP is quite busy with a bunch of high profile projects lined up in the next one year. So, he felt that he couldn’t do complete justice and backed out from the project.

According to be fresh update from the unit, Krish has roped in popular Bollywood composer Chirantan Bhatt to render the tunes for this historical film. The young composer previously worked with Krish for Kanche and Gabbar is Back movies. The makers are trying to release the film for Sankranthi at any cost and they have quickly replaced DSP. The music settings will kick start shortly.

Shriya Saran is playing the female lead and First Frame Entertainment banner is bankrolling the film.
