Superstar Rajinikanth is testing his luck back after a year with Kaala. After a stupendous success like Kabali, Rajinikanth gave his nod for PA Ranjith once again for a gangster drama. The film is currently in the last leg of post-production and the first teaser has been planned to be out on February 1st. While Superstar’s fans have been eagerly waiting for the teaser of the film, the teaser release has been pushed due to the sudden demise of agadguru Poojyashri Jayaendra Saraswati Shankaracharya.

The film’s producer Dhanush posted saying “Due to the demise of respected Jagadguru Poojyashri Jayaendra Saraswati Shankaracharya, as a mark of respect #Kaala teaser will be released on 2nd March. Apologies to all the fans who were eagerly waiting for the teaser”. The teaser will be out on March 2nd and the movie has been slated for April 27th release all over. Nana Patekar, Eswari Rao, Huma Qureshi, Samuthirakani and Anjali Patil played other pivotal roles in the film. Wunderbar Films produced Kaala while Lyca Productions is releasing the film worldwide.

His next release would be Kaala and it has been announced for April 27th release. Impressed with PA Ranjith’s work for Kabali, the actor signed one more film and this is how Kaala happened. Rajinikanth plays a gangster based in Mumbai in this action thriller.

The teaser of Kaala will be out on March 1st informed the makers. Though the teaser has been speculated to be out from March 10th, the makers decided to release it in advance. Nana Patekar, Eswari Rao, Huma Qureshi, Anjali Patil and Samuthirakani played other crucial role in the film. The music composed by Santosh Narayanan will be out during the last week of March. Wunderbar Films bankrolled this prestigious project while Lyca Productions will release the film worldwide.
