Shocking: KK Senthil Kumar’s wife passes away

KK Senthil Kumar, the renowned cinematographer who worked as the lensman for almost all the films of top director SS Rajamouli. Senthil Kumar’s wife Ruhee passed away today due to health related issues. Ruhee has been unwell from the past few months and she is getting treated in a private hospital in the city from the past few months. Her health condition deteriorated and she breathed her last today. Senthil Kumar has been away from work from the past few days and he is taking care of his wife.

Senthil and Ruhee got married in 2009 and she works as a Yoga instructor by profession. The family of Senthil is left in shock with the demise of Ruhee. Several Tollywood celebrities paid their tributes for the family of Senthil Kumar.

Why did Rajamouli defer with his Cinematographer?

SS Rajamouli is completely focused on his next, an international film that will have Superstar Mahesh Babu playing the lead role. KK Senthil Kumar worked as the cinematographer for most of the films of Rajamouli and he is no longer a part of Mahesh Babu’s film. There are a lot of debates going on that Senthil will make his debut as director soon. Rajamouli wanted Senthil to complete Mahesh Babu’s film and make his directorial debut. Senthil’s remuneration quote left Rajamouli in shock.

He wasn’t ready to pay such hefty remuneration for Senthil Kumar. Then Rajamouli opted to work with PS Vinod for the film and the pre-production work started recently. Senthil Kumar started his direction trials and he will take a break from cinematography for now. The shoot of Mahesh Babu and Rajamouli’s film will start in the mid of April. KL Narayana is the producer and MM Keeravani will score the music and background score.

Nikhil gets Baahubali technician for his Next

Young actor Nikhil who has been quite selective is said to have signed a series of remake films. The young actor is busy with Kirrak Party which has been announced for February 9th release. His next film will be the remake of Tamil blockbuster Kanithan. TN Santosh who directed the original will be helming the project. The pre-production is currently in final stages and top cinematographer KK Senthil Kumar gave his nod for this action thriller. Post Baahubali: The Conclusion, Senthil Kumar has been on break and is in search for an interesting project.

Senthil loved Kanithan and when approached he was very happy to come on to board. With enough time for Rajamouli’s next to roll, Senthil is very comfortable and gave his nod. On the other side, Nikhil who is busy with Kirrak Party will take a break and will join the sets of the Tamil remake. Tagore Madhu will produce the film and the other cast, crew will be announced soon.
