    Raj Tarun aiming for one more success

    Actor Raj Tarun is riding a success wave in Tollywood with back to back hits in his career. After making a promising debut with Uyyala Jampala, the sensible selection of scripts has paid dividends for the youngsters who extended his success streak with Cinema Choopistha Mava and Kumari 21F.

    He has already wrapped up the shooting for his upcoming film Sithamma Andalu Ramayya Chitralu. The post production work has been wrapped up and the fresh update reveals that the film has been censored with a clean U with no cuts. With this, the film is all set for a grand release on January 29th. The audio was launched a few days and the first look trailer and posters generated a decent buzz on the film.

    Srinivas Gavireddy is the director and Arthana is making her debut as a heroine with this film. Gopi Sundar is the music composer and the film is a joint production of Shailendra Babu, Sridhar Reddy and Harish.

    Sometime ago, Telugu360 reported that Raj Tarun and Manchu Vishnu will team up for a multistarrer which will be directed by Nageswara Reddy. Anil Sunkara of AK Entertainments will produce this interesting multistarrer.

    We have exclusively learnt that Anjali and Hebah Patel are going to play the lead roles in the film. This is an interesting casting coup by the makers as both Hebah Patel and Raj Tarun have impressed the audience with their recent outing Kumari 21F. Their onscreen chemistry has struck the right chord and entertained the audience big-time. So, it would be interesting to if the young pair can cash in on the craze and perform an encore.

    The film will be launched very soon and the regular shooting will commence early next year.

    Well, composer Devi Sri Prasad did earn good comments for his work for Kumari 21F. We do appreciate it but can’t hide the fact that a couple of songs in the film, Bang Bang Bangkok and Meghalu Lekunna have their own origins elsewhere. Bang Bang Bangkok, which more or less is a rehash of most of the party songs sung by Yo Yo Honey Singh, is a sister version of the Johnny Johnny number from Akshay Kumar’s Entertainment. It isn’t a blatant copy but yes, you see the similarity in the beats.

    Whereas for Meghalu Lekunna, it’s tough to neglect that its pallavi is more or less a fastened/altered version of Kamal Haasan-Sridevi number Yedalo Toli Valape in the movie Yerra Gulabeelu. These things are common in the industry, the little inspirations, but when a prominent face does it, a bad example is set for others. However, as long as it sells, just like the international ‘inspirations’ of the movie itself, do these things matter?

    The film directed by debutant Palnati Surya Pratap and that apparently has a story written by Sukumar has been given an A certificate. The talk is around twenty plus cuts have been ordered and even more there is bold dialogues meant for a mature audience. Just like Sukumar’s previous films the hero has a flawed or a grey shade in his character, he is consistently doubtful of the heroine’s character. With a climax that will shock the viewers and will lead to a debate, it is sure to stir a controversy. The plus points is as usual is from the cast and crew. Hebah Patel has been a part of the hit film Ala Ela and Raj Tarun from Cinema Chupsitamava has impressed audiences. Devisri Prasad, Ratnavelu and Sukumar are the pillars of the film. Looks like Surya Pratap is making his presence felt with a subject that has not been touched before.

    NTR to release Kumari 21F teaser

    NTR, who is on a breather after completing a hectic UK schedule of ‘Nannaku Prematho’ in Sukumar’s direction, will release the teaser of young hero Raj Tarun’s next film, ‘Kumari 21 F’, on October 2nd on the eve of Gandhi Jayanthi. The teaser launch will take place at 3.30 PM in Hyderabad.

    Kumari 21F is the first film for Sukumar as a producer and he has also penned the script for the film. The entire shooting part has been wrapped up and the film will hit the screens on October 30th.

    Kumari 21 F is directed by Palnati Surya Pratap and has debutante Heebah Patel as heroine. Top technicians like Ratnavelu, Karthika Srinivas and Devi Sri Prasad have worked for the film. The audio launch will take place very soon.

Latest we hear is that NTR who is acting in the direction of Sukumar, will launch the first look teaser of Kumari 21F in London. Recently director Surya Pratap flew to London and showed thr firdt copy of the film to Sukumar.

    Hebah Patel is the leading lady of the film. Sukumar roped in top class technicians like Devi Sri Prasad and Cinematographer Rathnavelu for the film. Kumari 21F will release in November 2015.

    1. Sukumar’s first film from his production house Sukumar Writings i.e., “Kumari 21 F” starring Raj Tarun, Hebah Patel in the direction of Palnati Surya Pratap has completed the talkie part of the shoot.

    The unit has already completed filming four songs.

    Apart from being the producer / presenter of the film, Sukumar has also written the story, screenplay and dialogues.

    Palnati Surya Pratap, who assisted Sukumar in his earlier films, is the director of “Kumari 21 F”.

    This film has cinematography by R Rathnavelu (of Arya, Robo, 1–Nenokkadine, Lingaa) and music is being composed by Devi Sri Prasad.

    Devi Sri Prasad has composed superb songs and the unit has already completed filming four songs.

    Sukumar Writings is producing “Kumari 21 F” in association with PA Motion Pictures Pvt Ltd. The film is being produced jointly by Sukumar, Vijaya Prasad Bandreddi and Thomas Reddy Aduri (of PA Motion Pictures Pvt Ltd)

    The unit has kick started and is executing post production activities in full swing and the producers are gearing up for release during dasara season in October.
