Superstar Mahesh is fighting hard for his next movie titled Spyder which is said to be a stylish action entertainer and has huge dose of action episodes throughout. AR Murugadoss is directing the film and the actor wrapped up the next schedule in Hyderabad recently after which he flew to Goa with his family. Mahesh has been shooting outdoors for the film mostly due to which he could not spend time with his family in the recent times. Hence the actor flew to Goa to chill out with his family in this hot summer.

With Spyder release pushed to August, the makers too are not in a hurry and the entire shoot will be wrapped up by the mid of June. The actor will return back to Hyderabad during this weekend after which he will get back to shoot. Mahesh is romancing Rakul Preet Singh for the first time in Spyder which is a bilingual and is produced by NV Prasad, Tagore Madhu. The movie has been aimed for August 11th release this year.

Mahesh Babu’s​ forthcoming spy thriller ‘Spyder’ is aiming for August release after moving out of Summer release. The Murugadoss directional is currently in the last leg of shoot. Reports reveal that all shooting formalities will be wrapped up by the end of May. The recently released stylish first look posters garnered a good response from audience.

According to the latest update, the teaser of the film is likely to be unveiled on May 31st coinciding with the birthday of Mahesh Babu’s father Superstar Krishna’s birthday. Sources say that the teaser work was done in the UK and the makers have spent a bomb for the technical team which worked on the teaser.

Spyder stars Rakul Preet Singh and SJ Suryah in crucial roles. Harris Jayraj is composing the tunes for the film.

Superstar Mahesh Babu has been shooting for his next titled Spyder which has been delayed by months. Though the actor did not take many long breaks, the shoot of the film has been extended as the makers are in no mood to compromise on the quality of the film. Touted to be a stylish action entertainer, AR Murugadoss is directing the movie. After walking out of Eid race, the new release date of the movie will be released soon.

The climax of Spyder will be shot from May 2nd and the entire shooting part will be wrapped up by the end of May. Rakul Preet Singh is the female lead in the movie and Mahesh is essaying the role of an intelligence officer. Three songs are to be shot in May and they will be shot abroad. NV Prasad and Tagore Madhu are jointly producing the movie. Harris Jayraj is the music composer.

Speculations rife on SPYder climax

Mahesh Babu’s forthcoming spy thriller Spyder was supposed to wrap up the shooting formalities by the end of this month. But according to the latest update from the production house, the shooting might extend till the last week of May. This has given raise numerous rumours in the last couple of days.

It has been widely speculated that Murugadoss is planning two climax episodes for the film. Also, rumours are rife that some scenes are being reshoot as the team is not happy with them. However, close sources to the team are denying both these reports. The reason for the delay is said to be because the film is shot as a bilingual and Murugadoss is taking utmost care while shooting each scene in Telugu and Tamil.

It remains to be seen if the film arrives in theatres on June 23rd as announced by its makers previously or will it be pushed ahead. Rakul Preet Singh is the heroine and SJ Suryah is playing the antagonist in the film.

Hyderabad, Apr 17 (PTI) Production designer Rupin Suchak says Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu has done incredible stunts in action-thriller “Spyder”, which is being directed by ace filmmaker AR Murugadoss as a Tamil-Telugu bilingual.

“Mahesh has done some fabulous stunts which we never thought an actor could do. But, Mahesh did it all by himself without any body double. We were all quite stunned,” Rupin told PTI.

“This man has taken it to another league. Theres a particular sequence where even the stunt doubles were scared of doing it. But Mahesh just went ahead and delivered it.”

Rupin, who has worked on films such as R Balkis “Ki & Ka” and Gauri Shindes “Dear Zindagi”, says Murugadoss has given him all the liberty to go ahead and do what he wishes to do.

“Murugadoss sir wanted something remarkably stylish. A complete urban look. He has given me all the liberty to do my work. Ive focussed on stylizing the production design to what he expects,” says Rupin.
While 50 per cent of “Spyder” has been shot at real locations, the remaining portion is being filmed on sets.

“Even on live locations, we have created sets. Spyder has an elegant texture. The story has a lot of relevance to different places. We constructed two important sets in EVP Studios, Chennai, which was quite challenging.

“Murugadoss sir has given a solid story this time. There will be a fine balance of Indian and international elements.”

Produced by NVR Cinema, “Spyder” features Rakul Preet opposite Mahesh Babu.

Also starring Tamil actor-director SJ Suryah as the antagonist, the movie marks veteran lensman Santhosh Sivans first Telugu film. Harris Jayaraj has composed the music for the project.

Mahesh to make his Malyalam Debut

Superstar Mahesh Babu is quite busy with his next titled Spyder. The movie is directed by AR Murugadoss and marks one of the most awaited releases during this year in South Indian cinema. The movie is being shot in Telugu and Tamil simultaneously and Mahesh who is quite fluent in Tamil will lend his voice for the Tamil version too. Made on a massive budget, the makers of Spyder are in plans to make out their best from the film.

After Tamil and Telugu, Mahesh is keen on Malayalam market in which Telugu films have been performing well. Allu Arjun and NTR’s recent films made decent figures after which Mahesh is in plans to make his Malayalam debut. He feels that Spyder is the right film to make his debut there and the Malayalam release will sure add decent count for the actor. The makers are holding talks currently and an official announcement soon. Reliance Entertainments is keen on releasing Spyder in Hindi however Mahesh is yet to give his nod. Spyder will release on June 23rd all over.

Spyder Satellite Rights Sounds a Bomb

Superstar Mahesh Babu is busy shooting for Spyder which is new of its genre in Tollyood. He teamed up with AR Murugadoss for the film which is said to be a stylish action entertainer. The first look received thumping response from the audience and Mahesh is expected to wrap up the shoot of the film by the end of this month. As per the latest news, Zee Television acquired the satellite rights of Spyder for a whopping price of Rs 26 crores. This includes the rights for Telugu and Tamil languages.

Rakul Preet Singh is the female lead and she plays a medico in the movie. Spyder is made on a massive budget and will release in Tamil and Telugu languages on June 23rd. Mahesh is quite cautious on the film and NV Prasad, Tagore Madhu are producing the film jointly. Spyder will mark the biggest release after Baahubali: The Conclusion in South Indian cinema.

If the latest grapevine in the industry circles is to be believed, Superstar Mahesh Babu will be seen sporting a six pack physique in his forthcoming spy thriller titled as SPYder. Sources say that as there are a couple of scenes in the script which demand the protagonist to flaunt his abs, Murugadoss has convinced Mahesh to look the part. It is learnt that Mahesh went through rigorous work out to get into the required shape.

Previously, Mahesh went shirtless for one scene in Sukumar’s 1- Nenokkadine. This time around, he is sporting a much fitter and leaner look, says the source. The recently released posters, in which Mahesh was seen donning a uber look, hinted that the film will be a stylish spy thriller.

The makers are planning to release the film on June 23rd. Rakul Preet Singh is the film’s leading lady.
