The shocking stories of #MeToo movement in the social media has brought many popular names on to the surface and the dubbing artist cum singer Chinmayi Sripada has been actively working on this campaign in her Twitter account. A shattering story from an anonymous singer who spoke about popular musician Raghu Dixit made many people shocked yesterday.
In order to clarify the issue, Raghu Dixit posted a detailed account of what happened from his point of view in his Twitter account. While he admitted and apologised saying the incident did happen, he also said it was shown in a wrong light. He said that he didn’t bad mouth his wife to this singer but was only sharing they were in a rough patch of the relationship.
He also made a point to apologise to his now estranged wife for his behavior and also to the anonymous victim of such happening. He made conscious announcement to his fans that such incidents will not happen in future. Raghu Dixit also urged his fans not to attack Chinmayi and praised her to be a good human being. Finally, he also emphasised that #MeToo movement is quite the need of the hour for throwing light on such wrong happenings.
