Leave aside the teaser, not even the shoot commences for most films immediately after the launch. It generally takes at least a month or two for the teaser to come out after the shoot started.
Hence, it came as an obvious surprise when the teaser of Jagapathi Babu’s new film ‘Patel SIR’ was unveiled just a few moments after it was officially launched this morning. The little over one-minute teaser has good number of arresting shots and dialogues. Jaggu Bhai’s rugged look and bulged muscles were the major highlights of the teaser.
After watching the teaser, people may assume that the shoot might have commenced long back. Well, the shoot hasn’t commenced until today. The teaser was cut from a trial shoot done by the debutante director Vasu Parimi. The talent of this ad filmmaker can be gauged based on the terrific output he delivered with the trial shoot.
Just imagine the impact he can create with a feature film if he can show such promise with just a few arresting shots. Sai Korrapati of Vaarahi Chalana Chitram is bankrolling this seemingly violent thriller. After a long time, Jagapathi Babu will be seen playing hero character, that too a menacing one.
