Tamil actor Mansoor Ali Khan made unusual remarks against Leo actress Trisha and his comments created a sensation all over. Several South actors responded and condemned his statements. The National Commission for Women (NCW) has taken a suo moto cognizance of the derogatory remarks made by Mansoor Ali Khan against Trisha. The official statement of NCW said that they have directed Deputy General of Police to book Mansoor under IPC Section 509 B for sexual harassment by electronic mode.
Mansoor Ali Khan said that he had no bedroom scene with Trisha in the film Leo like he has done several rape scenes in the past. Trisha and the film’s director Lokesh Kanagaraj responded and condemned the statement. Mansoor Ali Khan said that he is not ready to issue any apology for his statement. Trisha called it disgusting.
