Tharun Bhascker’s buddy comedy Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi performed on an average note in its first weekend. Despite its limited appeal and not having any movie pass offers, the film managed to collect $ 360K by the end of Sunday.
Comedian turned hero Shakala Shankar’s Sambo Shankara is a complete wash out in overseas as the film collected an embarrassing $ 80 in the first weekend.
Ranbir Kapoor’s Sanju, which is billed as a authentic biopic of Sanjay Dutt, is having a fantastic run in overseas. After raking in $ 760k on its opening day, the collections are rock solid over the weekend and the total has surpassed the $ 2.6 M by the end of Sunday. Trade circles reckon that the film is going to have a strong run because of the positive word of mouth.
