YSR Biopic Yatra overseas rights

The much awaited biopic on late Chief Minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy is shaping up quite well. Titled as Yatra, the film will document the historical Padayatra taken up by Rajasekhar Reddy before coming to power in 2004. Legendary actor Mammooty is essaying the lead role in this film.

Telugu360 has exclusively learnt that the overseas rights of Yatra have been snapped for 4 Crores by a leading distribution house. The film’s first look teaser and posters have triggered decent buzz on the film among trade circles. The makers have announced that the film will hit the screens on December 21st marking with YS Jagan’s birthday.

Directed by Mahi V Raghav, the film is produced by Vijay Chilla and Shashi Devireddy.
