[intro][dropcap]W[/dropcap]ash-for-vote scam rocking the entire nation, an advocate in Hyderabad has moved High Court and filed a public interest litigation (PIL)[/intro]
In the PIL, the advocate sought court to direct the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to conduct probe into the infamous cash-for-vote scam, which is currently being investigated by the anti-corruption bureau (ACB) of Telangana state.
Further, he has prayed the court to ask Central Government to give specific guidelines with regards to Section-8 of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Bill, 2014.
