Dreamorks Animation, the world renowned production house, is looking to set up shop in Hyderabad. The company has expressed an interest to set up production facilities and a high end theater, with the latest audio visual projection technologies. The studio will build this theater so that its films can be seen in the best possible way by fans and movie lovers.
Minister KTR, who is currently on a visit to the US, is working things out with the studio’s representatives. The Telangana State Government and Dreamworks will also be teaming up to create ‘Dreamplay’, a movie theme based tourist attraction center.
If the Telangana Government manages to get Dreamworks to Hyderabad, it will indeed be a crowning achievement for the KCR Government in the Tourism sector.
