Popular comedian, actor and politician Bandla Ganesh has been taken into custody by the Jubilee Hills cops last night and he was taken to Kadapa in relation to a cheque bounce case. The Kadapa court today remanded 14 days of custody for Bandla Ganesh in relation to Rs 20 lakh case filed by Proddutur based financier Mahesh. Bandla Ganesh kept himself away from attending the Kadapa court despite of several reminders.
After the cheque bounced, Mahesh filed a cheating case against Bandla Ganesh and the Kadapa court issued an arrest warrant against Bandla Ganesh. He will be residing in Kadapa Central Jail till November 4th. Cases are filed under sections 420, 448 and 506 against the actor. Bandla Ganesh is yet to make a comment on this case.
