Telangana Chief Minister K Chandra Sekhar Rao (KCR) turned out to be the game changer in the formation of a separate state. His journey turned out to be an inspiration for many. A biopic on the legendary leader has been on cards and it has been announced officially last year. Madhura Sreedhar Reddy is all set to direct the film and Raj Kandukuri will bankroll the project on Dharmapada Creations banner. The movie has been busy with the pre-production work from sometime.
Top Bollywood actor Rajkumar Rao has been asked to play the title role in the film and he will seen as the legendary leader in the movie. The movie has been titled Gulal and an official confirmation is awaited. Massive budget has been allotted for the film which will be narrated in the perspective of KCR.
